Memberships are charged based on the type of subscription you decide to sign up for (monthly, semi-annually or annually).
You are responsible for paying the agreed upon amount directly to the sitter. The hourly rates for our sitters can be found at the bottom of our Services page.
Once you have established and paid for your membership, you can request a sitter by using the Scheduling tab. There you will see all of the sitters and their calendars after clicking on their picture. We currently monitor all request to make sure you are answered in a timely manner.
We ask that you do not endanger our sitters and their families by booking a sit if your child is sick. If your child has any of the following symptoms, we ask that you please cancel. The cancellation policy DOES apply if cancelled due to illness within 48 hours.
Children must be fever free, no vomiting or diarrhea for 24 hours before care.
Children with HFM must be fever free for 72hours and all blisters are dry and inactive.
Because our sitters' time was held for the specific time frame requested and booked specifically for your family, they should be compensated for however long the sit was scheduled for.

We offer a minimum of 4 hours up to overnight. In the event you need less than 4 hours of care; you will still be billed for 4 hours.
